Vibrachoc has a range of all steel mounting whose essential element is the « steel cushion » made from woven and compressed stainless steel wire. Steel mountings have considerable mechanical strength as well as high damping characteristics in the order of 10 to 20%, depending on the application. Used on tool machines and aggregates, as well as to support any fuel driven motor, compressors, generators, ventilator and many more.
Typical properties:
- Aging resistance: practically unlimited life, no curing or setting of the cushions, no deformations.
- Corrosion resistance to: oils, greases, solvents, acids, liquids, dust, etc.
- Temperature range: from -70 ° C to + 300 ° C without changing the physical properties.
- Overload capacity: Dynamic load-bearing capacity of 5 to 10 times the static capacity
